Growing up in Markham, Ontario, Mikey made the big move out west to "live the dream" via his semi-professional snowboard career. Eventually the mind outlasted the body and his focus shifted to getting an education and a "real job" in the action sport industry. These days Mikey works as a Marketing Manager in the action sports industry and as a columnist for Push.ca. Connect with Mikey at www.twitter.com/mikeyscott

This column highlights those individuals - they know what's gone down in the videos and mags because they were there doing it themselves or watched it happen. And just... (more)

[BEST OF '08] Who would've thought that in a span of eight years, Ontario-born Simon Chaimberlain would go from living in a one-bedroom apartment with three other friends in Whistler, to becoming an internationally marketed, professional snowboarder travelling the world with the very same people he once idolized. Seriously... (more)
