Josh Evin's Body Recovered: R.I.P

A sad day for skateboarding. Josh Evin, gnarly skateboarder and amazing person, will be greatly missed by many.
The CBC has some detailed information about the situation:
"Professional skateboarder Josh Evin, 29, is presumed dead following a motorcycle accident near Nelson, B.C. Police believe Evin drowned after his motorcycle hit a concrete barrier and he and a passenger were thrown into a hydro canal next to the Kootenay River on Sunday morning. The male passenger was rescued by passing motorists."

UPDATE: Josh's body has been recovered from the Kootenay Canal today. Nelson Search and Rescue, along with an RCMP dive team, had been searching the canal since 2 a.m. Sunday, after a motorcycle accident threw both Evin and his passenger into the waterway. Info from the Castlegar Source.
